About

Hi my names Dave, face to the name of DBFITNESS. A little bit about me. My full-time job is in the military, but in my spare time I enjoy training at home & at the gym. I’ve spent the last year advising and motivating family and friends to get & stay fit during the lockdown period.

Fitness is not just good for your physical health but great for your mental health too, and for this reason I want to reach out to as many people as I can and encourage them to work alongside me to get in the best physical and mental condition, they have ever been in.

I know how scary it is to visit a gym, and feel intimidated or out of place. I think that is the reason perhaps many people decide against going because they are too afraid of potential judgement. I want people to feel at ease when training with me, I don’t care what your ability level is. You tell me where you want to be and what your fitness goals are, and I’ll give it all I have to help get you there I am not saying I am the best; but I am confident - I can get you BODY CONFIDENT.

The prices of personal trainers can be extortionate, and for that reason. I have priced myself low, your first session only £15, and thereafter £20 a session. If you go to my page, you will find a full price list. Don’t worry if you don’t drive, I can come to you. If you don’t feel comfortable working out / running in public I will provide my service in your garden. I will even come to your gym if you have a ‘bring a friend’ option and we can train together there. Whatever you need, whatever works well for you; is what we will do.
