I have been coming to this gym for 6 years, it’s great value and there are lots of classes available. Jason’s spin classes are brilliant as are Nikky’s yoga classes.

Good gym. Plenty of equipment and a good environment. Newcomers and experienced gym goers side by side with no judgements or unwanted advice or assistance.

Gets busy during peak times, however being 24hours makes it accessible. Music on is pretty loud and not great (personal preference) so I'd strongly advise taking some headphones. They do seem to stay on top of keeping equipment maintained and up to date. With other similar gyms available locally the pricing isn't necessarily competitive any longer. The only real problem (which exists at pretty much every gym) is people not putting weights back after they're done so you can spend a few minutes looking for the weights you're after. More...

I have been a member since it opened ten years ago. The staff have always offered an excellent service, very friendly and helpful. The quality and variety of the classes offered are also excellent, as well as the instructors who teach them. Lots of various good equipment on the gym floor and a separate Ladies gym is attractive to female members. Certainly get value for money with a low cost membership. Good equipment and normally always a space available to work out. Parking is a bit of an issue where you sometimes end up getting stuck for a while because the exit to leave the gym is in a busy industrial area.
