Deb did a diet plan for me as I had issues working out my correct macro,s It worked a treat., i lost weight and toned up which is what i was hoping for. I would recommend her for training or diet plans, she knows her stuff �� More...

Debbie is extremely knowledgeable, motivational and supportive. I have referred friends to and will continue to recommend people to her. Getting a personal trainer is so important and can save you time, increase results and avoid injuries. A year into training I was confused by all the information about fitness and nutrition and wasn't making the gains or fat reduction I was putting the hours in for. Debbie built me a workout I can follow and keep progress reports, she corrected lots of errors I had picked up and produced a diet plan I can follow as a vegetarian. I'm eating 600 calories a day more than before and loosing the weight I couldn't shift before. Thanks Debs More...

I work in the fitness and leisure industry myself but had gotten really stuck with my nutrition. After speaking with Debbie I felt reassured and listened to. Debbie put me together a nutrition plan which included so much food that I liked I struggled to believe I was going to loose fat on this but,,,,,,I DID!! I dropped a stone and didn't find it hard work at all! I have since found my metabolism has gotten faster and I feel so much better!

Debbie Is awesome. She really loves what she does and its reflected in her enthusiasm and knowledge. She explains things so well and is willing to help in any way she can. In the past i have had experiences with personal trainers that treat you like an idiot for not knowing things but I had a plan drawn up not long ago and have seen really great results, she put in a lot work getting to know my specific needs and goals and helped with any questions & queries i've had along the way. Debbie is such an inspiration and she definitely knows her stuff! I've been going to the gym for a while but struggled with seeing results and my goal seemed way out of reach and I was losing motivation . .. Debbie is an absolute born motivator who has a genuine passion for what she does in helping people to achieve their goals. She has been an absolute diamond during my competition prepping and aiding me to get there incorporating training, nutrition and stage-posing prep/practice. She's been there every moment I've needed her to push me especially through the crucial stage of Peak week whilst prepping for Miami Pro March 2017. Ive been dabbling in the gym for about a year now , learning slowly.however i admired deb ,her look and her dedication.i decided to have a 1_1 session with her to help guide me and ensure that i was doing things corretly. i now have regular training with deb and she also keeps her eye on me when im training on my own.i have already learnt so much about technique and i have gained in confidence so much.i feel comfortable at the gym because of debs tuition.i have goals now that i didnt before , and i am noticing my strength improving and dare i say it my shape is changing and im proud of it ! I am still learning and improving all the time and my next goal with debs support will be my nutrition after xmas to get the full benefit of my training.i want to be good in the gym and do things right , now thanks to deb i am.also shes got a great personality so funny helps you relax.best move ive made, worth every penny. I have been weight training for a couple of years now and I booked in to have a 1:1 session for some tips on form as I have admired Debs physique and dedication for a while. Deb took me through a back session and I felt my muscles working harder than ever! She was very knowledgeable and motivating and is always happy to answer questions to help people out.
