I have been using Ben for a few weeks now for PT, I was very nervous about starting as don’t have great fitness but Ben soon put me to ease, with his approachable & friendly personality. We enrolled on Ben’s 6 week training programme a few months ago and I couldn’t be more happy with the results I achieved and the experience we had! Ben is so enthusiastic, professional and extremely knowledgeable in all things to do with fitness. He tailored our programmes specifically to us and I have never enjoyed fitness so much in my life! Ben is an absolutely amazing PT; not only is he knowledgeable, he is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable and at ease in an environment which can be daunting. He has a genuine passion for what he does and that comes across and makes working with him all the better. He helped me lose 7lbs in just 3 weeks, which I couldn’t have done without him. Ben is amazing! For someone who has always struggled with exercise and felt self conscious when working out, Ben has been perfect. He has pushed me and made me so much stronger, but at the same time made me feel comfortable and made it enjoyable. Ben is knowledgeable and a true professional but also a little bit crazy so it keeps it fun . If anyone is looking to get in shape I really can't recommend him enough, I'm gutted my 6 weeks are over but ecstatic with my results and excited to continue to work with Ben moving forward to maintain my results.
