What do you love most about your job?
I love being able to help business owners take on a more strategic view of their business and help them overcome some of the challenges I've faced in growing businesses in the past
What inspired you to start your own business?
The desire to offer small and medium sized business owners the opportunity of an outside view of their business not often allowed them due to the need to focus on the day to day - to allow them to be able to compete on a level footing with larger/corporates who have this luxury on a daily basis
Why should our clients choose you?
I've got 20+ years of experience of building start ups to mature sized functions and of right sizing operations when needed - with a clear focus on ensuring that the business remains profitable. I've had experience of business planning, future forecasting, recruitment and retention, procurement, systems building, RPA, contract negotiation, marketing and data driven customer contact strategies - and most other aspects of running a small/medium sized business. I'm also of the view that what I provide is support for the business owner and look to work on a partnership/collegiate approach basis
