What do you love most about your job?
I love both the challenge and the reward of my work. It is humbling and satisfying to be able to help people with their struggle through life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was widowed in my 20’s. This led me to be fascinated with emotional trauma and qualify as a befievenment counsellor initially, working for a charity. I later qualified as a BACP counsellor an have been in private practice ever since.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am real with my clients and put them first in my work always. I have a lot of experience together with life experience that enables genuine empathy. I try to avoid launguage in my occupation that can sounds patronising or confusing. I have spent the last three years developing a treatment method for panic attacks and anxiety and enjoy helping those who suffer with this become free from the effects of stress.
