We found that we couldn't find a reliable company, so we created one, using trusted family and friends. We also prefer to use recommended people on our team, now that we have expanded.

we don't encourage our staff to attend work at all costs. If they feel ill, we feel it's better to provide another member of the team to attend, thus safe guarding our customer.
