Food was good. Service was okay. I definitely did not have an issue with the service we received.I expected more from the food but suppose that at the end of the day there is only so much that they can prep and cook to order.The starters were very good.

Absolutly fantastic , i guess the only food place in southall so welcoming , specially the Floor Incharge at the door Faizan and the guy who served us Usman was 10/10 , when you go next i would recommend ask for them.

This was the best food i have ever tasted not only was it 10 out of 10 in there delicious food but they are exceptional clean the staff are very friendly and very polite i would highly recommend this Restaurant in everything and very reasonable in there prices give it a go its deffently worth it lovely night out.

It is one of our favourite restaurants, It is quite nice compared to what you can find in close vicinity. Their shami kabab is one of the best and their kulfi is a must try. Great dessert, try the falooda.

Great experience from start to finish. Starts with door in charge faizan who is extremely welcoming friendly professional and invites you inside the restaurant with a big smile. You then are greeted by Usman who is floor in charge. He happily helped me choose food to order and looked after me and my guests in traditionally Lahori hospitality style. I visited Dawat with my parents for the first time on a Saturday evening. We were cordially welcomed and they agreed to change the table to our choice. Please note that unlike some of the other restaurants on Broadway, reserved parties share the same floor so it can get noisy. We ordered the seekh kebab, shami kebab, desi chicken karahi on the bone, nihari and Lahori chana. For drinks we had fresh orange juice and Falooda. The food came incredibly soon after ordering, which may raise doubts for some about freshness. We were pleasantly surprised by the authenticity of the food, given the highly competitive prices. My favourite was the chicken. The service was the best I've experienced in Southall, with particular note to our waiter Usman. We also ordered a takeaway chicken tikka for someone who is much harsher in her opinions and she loved it too!
