Once fees are agreed these are monthly fixed and revised only if activity increases to do this we need to know
a if you business is new without software
b if you are willing to use easy software to records sales and expenses
c the number sales invoices per month
d the number of purchase and expenses per month
e payroll number of employees weekly or monthly
f vat registered if so any scheme in force
g are you a company sole trader or partnership
h we can do trusts and also LLP
I do you require weekly , or monthly review
j do you need training on using the software, we always train its level of training needed

What inspired you to start your own business?
The business was started in 1901 as a family business, I joined in 1980. We are fully cloud-based. Every day I see new points/ problems to solve from existing clients and new ones.

Remote working is norm with Teams / email and phone we still can do face to face at office in Harpenden by prior appointment
