What do you love most about your job?
The joy of helping people realise they are more whole, capable and adventurous than they'd dare realise!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Looking back and thinking that, if only I'd had a coach years ago, attaining success in my life and careers would not have felt like such a struggle. I then realised, I could be that support to others now! In addition, over the last several years, I have been inspired by the power of self-directed learning. This is a powerful part of my approach to coaching as well as my children's upbringing (my wife and I choose to home educate).

Safety: I treat coaching as creating a safe, playful space where clients can tune into their own intuition, not as a tool for me to "fix" them.
Human: I bring my whole self to my coaching and connect with clients on a human level. This includes drawing on my own work and life experiences. I do not limit myself to formal coaching techniques or a "professional" persona.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Most of my coaching is online. Some of my current clients are in Hong Kong, Cambodia, Malaysia, Australia and Canada (as well as the UK).
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I coach mostly remotely so covid is not an issue. In case of interest to coach in-person, please note I respectfully decline to take a covid vaccine or wear a mask.
1-1 Coaching
I work with clients on an assignment basis - this generally means 15-20 hrs, spread out over 3-4 months. The cost for this is £850 (works out at c.£40-55 ph). The sessions tends to be more frequent or longer at the outset, more spread out over time. I am also freely available via Whatsapp and email in between sessions.
