What an amazing place! My daughter had really wanted to get her ears pierced but, as she has cerebral palsy, it was going to be a bit of a challenge. The staff could have not been more welcoming and David himself was fantastic. He took time to make sure that Charlotte was comfortable and clear on everything that was going to happen. I recently experienced the warm and utterly welcoming, David Rodger Sharp Jewellers on Tuesday 26th March 19. On this occasion Andy greeted my family and I by asking us, would we like tea, coffee or something else and we are baby friendly. The next hour and half, was very relaxing no pressure to purchase the watch I was enquiring about. We completed a nappy change in shop with no issues or raised eyebrows. Andy was very knowledgeable, funny, easy going and came with a first class service despite his crumpet incident earlier in the day. By the end of many conversations, and having decided to purchase the watch and two sets of ear-rings - I would highly recommend popping into David Rodger Sharp Jewellers next time when in Henley! Me and my family had the warmest of welcomes from all the team at David Rodger Sharp Jewellers. Their services was second to none. My mother wanted a bracelet and after David showing her many beautiful pieces, she decided on one. As this piece was too big for her, David offered to make earrings out of the spare pieces! I also wanted a ring made smaller. The bracelet, earrings and ring were all completed ready to collect within the next day!!
