The physio at the clinic was great, they quickly understood my issue and gave me the understanding to resolve it myself quickly. I would definitely recommend anyone to visit the clinic, don’t live with the annoying pains and strain. My ancle pain is now well no the way to being resolved with one visit ! Recently I had an accident at work that resulted in me having to attend A&E and to be informed after having an X-Ray on my knee that I had not broken any bones and that I had just strained my hamstring!
After a few days doing what the advanced physio had told me I realised that I wasn't getting any better infact much worse!

I decided to see Chris Dalkender to be informed that I needed a MRI Scan as it looked like I had a problem with my ACL and MCL.

I immediately booked into the Alexandra as I had lost faith with the hospital and saw a consultant who agreed with Chris and sent me for a MRI scan.

The results came back just as Chris had suspected but also a fractured knee.

A Big ' Thank You' to Chris for his professionalism as I could have been seriously injured if I hadn't seen him that evening and perhaps a long road to recovery!

Had my first appointment today and I am totally amazed how my shoulder pain was picked up immediately and how the pain completely disappeared with the physio I was given I will keep up my exercises and see you in 2 weeks thank you worth every penny

First visit to Davenport House yesterday with pain under my foot and I'm training for a half marathon so could do without hindrance. The appointment was booked online and I got in the next day. Receptionist was very nice and the physio John was brilliant, diagnosed my problem gave me some stretches to do. Was happy for me to rebook if I felt I needed too do no pressure of further expense. I'm a Podiatrist myself, and I have a practice in Warrington. My reasons for being at Davenport are a bit different from most people, Tony and Becky Gavin (the clinic founders) had offered to help me learn how to video edit. That might sound a bit odd, but we have to be skilled in many things as well as "fixing people's feet" when we run and work in a modern podiatry clinic.

They knew this was an area I was struggling with (me being in the silver surfer category) and they offered to spend their valuable time, for free, helping me to understand video editing better.
It's fabulous when a fellow professional is prepared to help another out in this way. Tony & Becky are unique individuals, they understand that this kind of collaboration helps someone like me to help more people, which is why most of us Podiatrists do Podiatry! Their help has enabled me to use more current communication methods (video) to do just that, help more people.
I had a super visit to Davenport House, taking the train from "flat Warrington" I was stunned by the spectacular scenery that greeted me, the quaint pub at the railway station had me stepping back in virtual time, and the stark contrast in weather:- bright sunshine to the left, dramatic dark stormy cloud to the right!
I was "wowed" by the vaulted ceilings and impact of this historic building, but most of all I was wowed by the warm welcome I received from everyone inside it. Thank you Tony, Becky & staff. Xx ��� More...

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Davenport House to anyone seeking help.

Back in August 2017 I sustained a soleus calf strain, which subsequently then caused Achilles issues. I'd seen a local physio, but didn't really feel I was improving. So, I came to Davenport House around Oct/Nov 2017, on recommendation from a friend.

I saw John a few times and combined with deep tissue friction massage, exercise and ultrasound, things started to improve. I then started to build back up my running gradually, until the dreaded cold/flu/cough set in and wiped any running plans over winter.
I'm glad to say that having gone back to my running club and joining the beginners again for 6-7 weeks, I am now back with the main club, front-running some nights and last night did my longest run since last August, of 4.46 mile.
