The 5 stars i have given this company is NOT for the company, please bare in mind that the 5 stars are for a particular member of staff who i spoke to over the phone. I am fairly new to the area so have used this cab service multiple times, and i am always faced with rude and grumpy people when booking the service... To my surprise, i called up to book a cab for a local job and it was just so refreshing to hear someone bubbly and friendly over the phone. She was very polite, very helpful, and also ended the conversation with "have a lovely day"!!! These small acts of kindness really do go a long way, and can make someone very happy! I use this office to get to work every morning and they are always on time and get me to work on time. The drivers are very polite and I have never been over charged while using this company like I have with other cab firms that I have used. I also used this company to take me and my 4 children to the airport and they sent us a very clean spacious car that fit all of our luggage in perfectly and left us with a lot of room to sit comfortably.
