Went to an appointment last Thursday (24/3), booked on Tuesday and confirmed by Dapper Dogz
When we went in we were greeted with "you're not booked in today!
"
My partner showed the message he received from them on Tuesday and was told "this is my last one, I have to get away, so it's not getting done today"
No apology, no offer to rebook, totally unprofessional, have used the groomers in the past but won't be returning!
He wrote a post on their Facebook page which was swiftly removed after excuses were made and he has been blocked from the page.
Any respectful business owner can take criticism, admit when they're wrong and rectify the situation.

We took our 7 month old Springer to Dapper Dogz, after an unfortunately bad experience somewhere else! Sammy made Rocky so welcome sat with him, lots of cuddles and a treat! I came back to a very happy puppy who had the best time at his pamper, Joanne and the girls couldnt be more accommodating and really go out their way to ensure your dog has a great grooming experience!
