Been following Danny for years, and finally made it to him today at New Bristol Brewery. Double bacon cheese to start. This was a 9. 8/10 burger. I couldn't score it a 10, because then I'd have no justification to go back for a second burger. The patties were cooked to perfection, and was an absolute treat for the tastebuds. It was spot on. I went back for the special - Satan's Gravy, with added candied jalapeños. I checked whether this was a 'bravado burger', and was assured it was not. Absolutely spot on. Spice was noticeable but not offensive. Well done Danny, you now hold my choice for best burger in Bristol - high accolade! If you haven't had one, do. More...

had a double oaklahoma with crispy onions and I have to say it was immense. The buns are toasted but also so soft, the meat if really nice or veggie if you don't want meat and the crispy onions blew me away. if you decided to dine out there it's set in the courtyard of the brewery which means you're getting top quality pints made less that a few meters from where you're enjoying the awsome burgers, all in all you can't beat it and that's coming from me a very fussy eater. What’s your signature dish?
The cheeseburger - although this may seem basic our standard cheese burger is out most ordered item at pop ups and events.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We have a set menu along with an extensive list of specials clients can choose from, we also can work alongside you with flavour ideas.
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking food we have a passion for and meeting new people.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After winning a burger round at a bbq competition Danny started an Instagram posting burger pictures and it became so popular he decided during lockdown to start a pop up
Why should our clients choose you?
We care about making each event really special and run smoothly for the customer, they want to be able to enjoy there event and sit and enjoy some great food!
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have specific risk assessments we do for each event, our staff have been trained in food control and hygiene and if clients have specific needs or concerns we always do our best to cater for that.
