Hi!

My name is Dan and I am a certified nutritionist with a big focus on science-based nutrition and I use data to help clients get healthy, lose weight or improve key serum biomarkers like hA1c, insulin sensitivity, glucose tolerance, and much, much more.

If you have recent bloodwork, I can go through it with you and walk you through what things mean alongside helping you with food plans and lifestyle changes to help you reach your goals.

So what can you expect from a consultation?

Well, all new clients begin with an initial nutrition consultation which typically takes 30 - 60 minutes, if you have existing blood work, I also like to go over this too. The process starts by:

Talking about your medical and health history
Finding out about your stress levels and lifestyle
Reviewing your current diet and nutritional supplements
Discussing any current and relevant blood work.
Providing you with some foundational nutritional advice to follow based on your case review

After this we go over Targeted dietary and lifestyle guidelines, A personalised supplement program (if needed) and Fitness, exercise and wellness recommendations.

My general goal is to help educate and set up new patterns and lifestyle changes that you understand and can follow to feel great all the time :)

No fad diet chasing, just sustainable change over time :)
