I live in the UK and, thanks to the knowledge and skills gained from my BSc at Kingston University London and MSc at Manchester Metropolitan University, I have been creating nutrition and training programs for athletes and sports enthusiasts (including myself) for 6 years.

I cannot recommend David enough as a personal fitness trainer! He created a workout plan tailored to my knee injury, taking into consideration my physical limitations. I have always had a dream to try myself in an aesthetic photo shoot, where the photographer could show the beauty of the figure, emphasise the shape of the body.

From February'23 to May'23 on David's program I came to the following results:
Weight 59.6 to 53.4. Volumes: hips -7cm, waist -6cm. Improved visual appearance of the body. The general well-being haы improved.
New, healthy eating habits have been developed.

Since March 2021, I have resumed equestrian (dressage) training after a 10-year break. At first I ignored the gym and progress was slow and hard.

I turned to David for help in preparing for the competition in December 2021. I needed to improve my stamina, agility, flexibility and strength. We have programmed a training plan for target muscle groups and balanced the load in such a way that training in the gym and on horseback complement, and not interfere with each other. We have also revised my diet.

As a result, in March 2022, I managed to perform well in competitions and take 3rd place. In May, we improved the result by taking 1st place and fulfilling the standard of the 2nd adult category.

My dream came true - I competed at the Bodybuilding Championship in the Wellness category and won gold!!! There are no limits to happiness! Cutting was done comfortably, without haste or stress, and was quite easy for me.

At the main competitions, I not only worked out the program perfectly, showing the work we did, but I also enjoyed the relief of my body, the elasticity of my skin, and, as a result, a great mood!

I thank David for his well-thought-out approach to his clients, for his professionalism in his work, for his effectively calculated and, most importantly, varied food menu (and how delicious it was for me every day!), for the training program, as well as for moral support throughout the journey.

When I made the decision to participate in a 10K open water swimming event, I immediately realized that I would need the assistance of a nutrition specialist. Unfortunately, finding a professional in this field who truly understands the intricacies of nutrition for endurance sports proved to be quite challenging. However, my fortune changed when I had the opportunity to meet David. He was a true blessing for me, as he had a deep understanding of my specific needs and was able to create a meal plan that was absolutely perfect.

Thanks to David's guidance, I never felt hungry and was able to maintain a sufficient level of energy to effectively engage in 6 swimming pool sessions and 3 gym sessions per week. As a result, I was able to give my best during workouts and achieve outstanding results. Throughout the season, I managed to lose approximately 18 pounds, all while successfully participating in 8 different events ranging from a mile to 10 kilometres. Additionally, David assisted me in developing the optimal fuelling strategy for the competition. We practiced this strategy in advance, ensuring that I went into the event with complete confidence in my abilities.

During the last 10K event, despite challenging conditions such as waves, rain, and incredibly cold weather, I was able to secure second place in my age group. This achievement solidified my belief in David's expertise and our successful partnership. Looking ahead, I am thrilled to continue working with him. After a well-deserved two-week break, we will begin preparations for a 25K swimming event next summer. I am confident that with David's support, I will be able to take on this new challenge and achieve even greater heights in my swimming journey.
