I started training with Paul 2 years ago and have never been disappointed with any of my PT sessions with him. Sessions are always different in the activities from week to week, whilst helping me progress in strength and overall fitness, but even in my overall confidence and mind set.
I was always some one who would avoid a gym. But i now go frequently and really enjoy the pushing and challenges that Paul throws my way
I can't speak highly enough or recommend him enough as a personal trainer.

Being consistent.
You cant be motivated all the time but you can turn up all the time
If you play competitive sport, you dont bail if say the weathers bad, or youve had a tough day....you turn up for the team, so treat yourself like a team
