What’s the secret to taking a great photograph?
Feel comfortable and relaxed!
I have ways to get you talking, forgetting about the camera and enjoying your photo session/ wedding day.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
I'd love to know about your wedding plans. Whats the top 3 most important things for each of you? Natural photos? Nice portraits? Getting ready in an interesting or sentimental location? Or loads of dancing photos?
What do you love most about your job?
Everyone is always so happy! People want to be photographed when theyre looking and feeling their happiest - which makes my job easy. I just have to keep my eyes open and senses ready for all the moments that happen between you and youre guests.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I had an old Holga film camera and shot desert portraits and then fashion projects before realising how creative wedding photography had become. Around 2010 there was a sudden burst of artistic and fun images taken at weddings.
Boring staged and stuffy photos were gone!
Things snowballed pretty quickly and i quit my job in 2016, the same month my photos were featured on the cover of Rock N Roll Bride
