What inspired you to start your own business?
Working in boutique wedding venues as the events director, I got a real bug for events.

Full Planning and Design
Full wedding planning starts right at the beginning of your journey; and doesn’t finish until you are sipping a glass of fizz with brunch the following day.
Dale Alexander, your wedding co-ordinator, will become your most trusted friend from the very beginning. Leaving you to dream big, whilst we make it happen. There can be so much to consider when planning your wedding, so we will guide you through the following stages:
Complimentary Initial Consultation
This is where we really get to know you and our first chance to take a peek into your vision. We talk about the practicalities, budgets and provide a detailed proposal.
Creative Design
This is the really exciting part. We work closely with you to plan the design, decor and feel of your wedding by creating vision boards and perfecting the style that will underpin your wedding day.
Recommended Suppliers
Once we have a plan for the design, we know just the people who can make our boards come to life, within budget! From sensational venues and florists to the all-important caterer and photographer – we work only with trusted suppliers.
Planning & Co-ordinating
Your wedding co-ordinator will arrange all appointments, assist with contract and pricing negotiations and keep suppliers up to date at all times. We will produce a wedding update report including a wedding checklist, budgets and payment information; as well as a comprehensive ‘on the day’ wedding schedule to manage timings.
The Day
Your wedding co-ordinator will ensure that everything is set up and in place before your arrival. We will manage timings with your wedding party, suppliers and venue. From start to finish we will ensure that your wedding flows effortlessly, just as you had envisaged – and more.
Partial Wedding Planning
Let us take a few things off your plate!
Partial wedding planning may be required if you have set off on your exciting wedding planning journey; found your perfect venue and have an exacting vision of what you would like to create in your mind. You then find yourself requiring support and direction with parts of the planning process. This is where we step in. We will guide you through the following stages:
Consultation
This is where we really get to know you, what you have planned and booked already and is our first chance to take a peek into your vision. Our wedding planner will talk about the practicalities and budgets too.
Recommended Suppliers
We will review all pre-appointed suppliers, arrangements and contracts in place. Within our partial wedding planning service, we can then introduce you to some of our trusted suppliers you may require, making your vision a reality.

Wedding Coordinator (Day Of Wedding)
Delivering your dream faultlessly!
Our day wedding coordinator begins a month or two before you are due to marry; once you have found your dream venue, appointed your suppliers and need a little help to make sure it all runs smoothly on the day. We will work with you closely on the following:
Handover
We will carry out a complete handover 4-6 weeks prior to your wedding, as well as providing our top tips and advice on wedding etiquette and last-minute planning details.
