What inspired you to start your own business?
Having spent eleven years working for a large family owned business, spending time improving processes and reporting across the business, raising finance and ultimately preparing the business for sale to allow the owners to retire I decided to take some time out; unsure what role I was looking for next, I decided to put the skills I gained to use in supporting small businesses who don't need a full time accountant but would benefit from my experience.
