What makes a great website?
A great website is not just about looks, a great website must be simple to use. Here at DACCAA, we start with understanding how your customers will use your website and then we create an amazing design to compliment that experience.
What do you love most about your job?
Everyone at DACCAA loves their job because we are a small business, two friends who met at university, working together to develop something we are passionate about. We think the web should be an enjoyable experience for all and far too often it fails to meet this.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Ethan and I had always discussed our desire to run our own business throughout our journey through university. From a very young age I wanted to start my own business as well. I have always wanted this path because I am not restricted by the boundaries of an employer, I have my own freedom to do what I think is best for the business and for the community. Larger businesses tend to put profit first, we are more than happy to suggest a competitor if we do not think we are the correct match for you.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are a small local business based in Stafford, we strive to make all of our clients happy and we are consistently complimented for a high quality and standards. Often clients just want us to get on with the design and make a lot of the hard choices for them, we are excellent and doing that and then allowing the client to refine the finished project. We also allow the client to get as involved as they would like with the whole process.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
All of our services can be provided remotely online. We can arrange video calls using whatever platform best suits the client. If a meeting is essential and the client lives nearby (or if they live far away and are happy to reimburse travel expenses) then we will also travel for occasional important meetings.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We can now deliver the whole of our experiences online.
