These people are lovely and I hate to leave a bad review but they really let me down.
I needed someone to clear my mums house after her death a few weeks ago.
They arrived on time to look around the house and quote The quote was reasonable and they said the job would take 1.5 days. They did a lot of work on day one then on the second day I made contact and was asked to be at house at 2pm. I did and contacted them at 245 to be told they were on their way. At 4 I messaged again and was told they were still an hour away. At 5 I called again to check where they were and they asked if they could come the following morning
I was quite annoyed that I had to do the chasing. I know things crop up but if I was told at 2 that we were going for the next day that would be ok. It would have given me time to sort work things back in London.
They arrived early on 3rd day but told me they couldn’t take the gas oven because it wasn’t a bayonet fitting. To be told this on a day when I should have been going back and struggling with being my mums house was frustrating.
Thankfully on hearing my story a local gas engineer came and removed the oven, and guess what … it was a bayonet fitting ! So I had sat in an empty house for another 4 hours for nothing. Added to the 3 hours I sat in an empty house the day before.
As I said … nice people but very poor on communication that has caused me a lot of unnecessary stress.
We did renegotiate the price but that in no way makes up for two lost days sitting in a house that was distressing to be in. More...

We are sorry that you felt that way, it was in no way intentional. We werent prepared to touch the gas cooker because we arent Corgi registered and it would have been against regulations. I did offer to pick the cooker up after it was disconnected by a a registered gas engineer. We turned up on time to pick up the sofa as promised and on the first day we worked till 6pm to get the job done for you. Thankyou

They were great 👍 helpful, nothing too much trouble. Punctual and efficient. AND very reasonably priced.

The delivery team were unable to manoeuvre the item, a dining table, through the front door and ended up leaving the item outside the flat. We did not want to scratch the paintwork or the table and after a discussion with your wife it was agreed to leave it by the door. I disagree it was a professional and joint desicion. The item wasn’t damaged and your paintwork was untouched
