Daz, your a superstar, you took a chance on me when nobody else would and your encouragement and belief were so helpful to me completing a 10k mudrun, something 3 months ago I thought impossible as I am classed as disabled, he taught me how to attack my fears head on and not only to beat them but to smash through them, he is an awesome guy who I have a lot of time for and admire. I had the opportunity to try out the boxing fitness class Daz was running at Pure Gym, Stafford a couple of weeks ago.
The class had a varied mix of people and was extremely well organised. Daz was friendly and on hand to give everyone the support they needed.
If you go to the gym regularly then you might find yourself doing to same old routine again and again. This class gave me a great workout and exercised muscle groups I would never normally have used in a typical session.
Even if boxing doesn't sound like your thing, don't be put off and give it a go.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
In addition to 121 or small group sessions, I will track my clients progression with measurements and focus on their lifestyle.
I don't write diet plans as I believe they aren't sustainable and can be a risk to failure. I work on the Calories In Calories out basis, if you want to lose weight then I will work out your Calorie Deficit and fluid intake required.
I am also an mindset coach and will discuss this regular with my clients to help and motivate them.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Being active an minimum 3 times per week,
Using NEAT (Non Exercise Actvity Thermogenesis) or SPA (Spontaeous Physical Activity) as part of your daily lifestyle... for example, walking to work, taking the stairs instead of the lifts, fidgeting, these all burn calories and can help towards reaching your goals.
Making changes to your life style, this can be nutrition, sleep, exercise.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was fed of being in an job that I considered boring even though it was well paid, I have always been involved with fitness since the age of 10 and started weight training at 14.
