Just had CCTV installed by Custodia CCTV. I would highly recommend this company for following reasons: the price is reasonable; Danny is very patient and professional, he discussed different camera and system options with me and recommend the ones most suitable for my requirements. The team was very polite and joyful to work with. They immediately remediate any imperfection spotted. Most impressively, I initially had some problem with the choice of one of the cameras. Danny understands it would be a waste of my money and he helped to find a more suitable camera and return to swap the camera in just two days. Started with sound advice from Danny with initial site visit. No subsequent pressure to take up quote. Installation of four CCTV cameras was carried out professionally, tidily and with complete respect for our property by Danny's team. Danny came around and quoted for the job, with good advice on placement and good knowledge of the equipment. There was no sales pressure on the day nor were there follow up calls to push for the sale. Tony and Luke worked really hard in the cold and did an excellent job of hiding all the wiring. we were recommended to use CUSTODIA by ADVANCE ALARMS who we use for 30yrs.Danny came on a Saturday to accommodate us. He went through the set up of cctv systems andhow it works. Did a survey of our property and quoted for 4 cameras. He then went through thoroughly why he placed each camera to understand the angle of coverage.We had another firm to quote but went along with Custodia as they came through as genuinely nice people to deal with. We had the cameras and network installed without fuss nor mess. Danny's team were excellent polite and obliging. After reading other reviews I felt confident these guys would do a good job. I wasn’t disappointed because from start to finish there were no issues. Danny came round and I went through what I thought I needed and then Danny gave me his opinion. We then looked at various options and price points ( no pressure ). After accepting his quote the job was booked for the following week. I cannot recommend Custodia enough, after our neighbour got broken into I contacted Danny to enquire about having some cameras put up outside the house. Danny was very helpful and gave us lots of options which were very reasonably priced. Within a week his team were here doing the works, Luke and Tony were very professional and extremely polite. They took their shoes off every time they came into the house, hoovered up any dust after drilling and were very aware of opening doors as I have young children in the house and would check with me before going out the front door ensuring all the children were safe before they did. I have to say they are by far the best, tidiest and overall nicest workman I have had my house. Danny also came back to check we understood how to use the app on our phones and stayed until we were completely happy using the system. Danny and his team installed a cctv system for us in November 2016 and the job was carried out very professionally. I couldn’t fault the work carried out and Danny was happy to spend time ensuring I understood how the system worked and he also installed the cctv app on my iPhone, iPad, laptop and android phone. I recently took out the annual service package and 2 of Danny’s team came to check and clean the cameras plus ensure the recording equipment was ok. This morning I contacted Danny after my system crashed due to a possible power cut. I messaged Danny and he phoned back and logged remotely into my laptop to fix the problem.
