This is my local gym and fitness studio. Amazing value for money and Karen, the owner is always so welcoming and friendly. For your very modest monthly membership (which you can cancel at any time) you get a complete fitness studio access with CurveFit equipment plus treadmill etc.In addition you can attend the various extra classes for free such as yoga, Zumba, keep fit, etc.Karen has a great Facebook page which lists times of classes and opening hours.I don’t think you will find a better gym for such great value, flexibility and versatility. It is also very female friendly.I think she is planning a men’s gym soon so watch this space you guys out there! More...

I would like to say that the environment at moods fitness is spectacular , as the people come earlier to have a chat before the lesson starts and they are very polite making each member part of a family.

Brilliant gym with fast results, i have Fibromalgia so struggle walking and extream tiredness, but after a session here i feel so much better plus im getting fitter every month, i lost 8 and inches in my first month 3 off them off my waist.
