Feeling stuck or overwhelmed? We have all been there at some point, sometimes an independent listener and observer can help to guide and support you in getting back to a more centered you.

I have had a successful career as a Human Resources Director over 26 years, I have coached many leaders in creating career and personal development plans, and supporting them to reach their goals. It does not matter what level you are in your career, occasionally we all get stuck and need objective support. My focus is ensuring everyone can be at their best in their work and their personal life. I focus on the individual, establish clear goals with you and then act as a sounding board and coach to guide you towards a happier version of yourself.
Personal challenges have been a significant part of my own journey and I know the impact these have had on my mental health and wellbeing, i will use my experiences and tools to show you that it is possible to process these difficulties and feel less stuck. My aim is to ensure you feel comfortable in sharing your challenges with me, so that we can explore what's holding you back and how I can equip you with tools and techniques to achieve the change you want to see. I offer sessions in person in Sheffield or online if you prefer.
