I can not recommend Nicki enough from the moment I contacted her ..she was extremely attentive with my enquiry and helpful offering ideas for my daughters 21st Birthday Cake . ..with the idea she had of using my daughters animation drawing was brilliant making the cake personal to her and it couldn’t have made it look more perfect. I keep being tempted by photos of the lovely treat boxes so gave in & ordered 2 lots, 1 as a gift & 1 for us. Nicki was very friendly & efficient, she let me know the night before what the delivery slot times would be. All the cakes were amazing & if I had to choose a favourite it would be the triple choc cookie as it had huge choc chunks in it & tasted amazing! Got in contact and requested an order for a school that my son has been attending whilst I have had to continue to work as a Thank you to them. From the moment I got in touch, nothing was too much trouble. Delivered to the school on date requested. Could not recommend ’Cupcakes by Sissy’ more! Made 3 orders with her recently, relatively last minute, she was extremely helpful, informative and patient with my many questions! She was so friendly that I felt like I’d already known her for ages! She completed the orders exactly as I’d asked, but even added a little of her own personal thoughtful touch such as doing our new wedding date cupcakes in our wedding colours without me even asking - it’s the little details that make all the difference oh and they tasted delicious! What a wonderful lady I live 4 hours away from both my mum's and wanted something special for Mother's Day. From the moment I contacted Nicky she was so kind, helpful and thoughtful I couldn't believe it. she gave me ideas and send me pictures of what the bouquets might look like she then sent me pictures of the actual bouquets. Nicki has now personally delivered two beautiful bouquets of cupcakes to my mum and my mother-in-law who were absolutely ecstatic with them and thought they looked too good to eat! They definitely will be enjoying having them with a cup of tea!
