What inspired you to start your own business?
We (Rachel and Meg) have over 20 years combined experience in the food manufacturing industry. Both of us were passionate to leave the big guys and start something of our own which fit the consumer needs we felt was missing- an easy lunch choice that isn't beige and soggy but actively contributes to a healthy lifestyle and tastes delicious!
Rooted in our experience of working with fermented foods, we developed an interest in how our food choices help our gut health and consequently our overall health and have incorporated this interest in our food. Our motto- count plants not calories!!
