Jason and his team delivered a full catered post wedding party for 85 people at our home. The menu was a full English afternoon tea followed by a BBQ and further courses of cheese, ice cream and bacon baps. Throughout the process Jason was excellent to deal with - nothing was a problem, he was proactive in suggesting ideas on what and how much to provide. He is an excellent person to work with. The quality of the food on the day was first class and he and his team took complete control of everything allowing my wife and I to host and enjoy the occasion. The bar arrangement worked perfectly. What’s your signature dish?
We are versatile at cooking many items so I don't really have a signature dish, but I do prefer cooking with meats and making sauces
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We talk to clients and find out what food styles they like and budgets available, and dietary requirements as well that may have an impact on the menu.
What do you love most about your job?
Creating good food that keeps customers happy
No two days are the same as one day we can be producing a simple finger buffet and the next we could be doing dressed salmon and cold meats or a hot sit down dinner.
