I needed a new laptop and all my date/files removed from old laptop and installed on the new laptop this was done very quickly and at a very reasonable price , there was no computer jargon being spoken only good old English that we could understand , a very good service and very quick response , would highly recommend this shop for all your p/c repairs well done to all concerned .

Went in because I stupidly forgot my laptop charger for a local LAN Party (gaming party) and it was a 2 hour trip back to London. I was greated with smiling faces, happy to have a chat and knowledgeable guys who free of charge Cleaned and Dusted my laptop without being asked.Very happy, price I paid for the charger was reasonable and works perfectly.Would genuinely recommend going there if your in a pinch. Laptop hardrive failed. 5 years of work info and personal data could have been lost.I all stated to Syd that I needed it back end of the week as I had reports to do and order my elderly mums shopping online. Absolutely amazing service. My iPad was in a very bad way after a home screen replacement went very wrong! They replaced the screen and everything else that was wrong and at a great price.
After collecting it I noticed the bottom was not responding. Took it back and there was a cable that needed replacing, they done this free of charge!
I highly recommend them as my iPad is good as new!

After a windows 10 update that went terribly wrong, my laptop being destroyed and windows helpline not being helpful CTS were able to save 98% of my files from my hard drive. My Dell All-in-One had several problems, including a failing HDD. CTS quoted for and fitted an SSD and extra RAM which have resulted in what I feel is now a high-performance unit that's a pleasure to work with!
I dealt with Brian who gave very knowledgeable and realistic advice and I can't fault his service.

Went to these guys on a recommendation from a friend , they fixed my laptop , sorted out my problems with Microsoft and even gave me a copy of a Office program that works better than the Microsoft one.
They even installed a Anti virus program .
Very pleased with service and their Technical expertise.
