Q&As

Coaching is about helping people and I enjoy seeing my clients reach their goals, become happier and more confident. Every client is different, because we are all individuals and with that, I get to learn something new everyday. It's a great feeling watching your clients grow, trying new things and seeing them overcome obstacles, that have stopped them from reaching their goals in the past.

I actually had coaching when I was 29, to help me get what I thought was my "dream job". I enjoyed the process so much, that I ended up saying to myself, "if I don't enjoy my dream job, I'll become a Life Coach". I got the job and couldn't believe the positive effect that coaching had in other areas of my life. I was happier, feeling confident and looking forward to new and exciting things. Covid happened and my job became very stagnant for the best part of a year and I ended up being furloughed on my first day back to work, after the Christmas holidays. I signed up for the Certificate in Coaching Course and loved every minute of it. Not knowing when I was going back to work, I signed up for the Diploma Course straight away and also became a Wellness Coach in the process, as my chosen Niche. With coaching and being my own boss, I'm working in an area that I love and that I'm truly passionate about, that I can make my own.

As previously stated, I've had coaching and I experienced the positive impact that it has. I've always been a people person and I'm very empathetic. The coaching process is all about the client, their goals and most importantly their self discoveries. My aim is for you to reach your goal and in doing so, this means challenging your beliefs and stretching your comfort zone. As someone who has been through this process I know the feelings we can all go through at these moments and understand how difficult it can be. The areas we discuss are up to you and the areas you'd like to work on are up to you. Everything is 100% confidential.

I work online and I find this very beneficial, especially for the client. This way you can choose an appropriate time, a comfortable and safe space, to have an open discussion.

Services

Goal Orientated Coaching -
This is where a client wants to work towards a goal or goals, which can be anything! Getting a new job/creating their own business, starting a new hobby, loosing weight for a holiday, travelling to a dream location and even getting into a new relationship.

The client chooses the goal or goals they would like to work on after discussing areas of their life and how they perceive these areas.

The client sets 4-6 milestones (mini goals or targets) for them to reach, that they think will lead them to their main goal. Each milestone is actioned over a 2-3 week period.

This is looking at and achieving health goals, which can be either physical or emotional health.

I focus on the clients behavioural, emotional and physical health.

Wellness coaching is a more holistic based approach. What this means is I look and treat the person, rather than just the specific area they are looking to work on.

The main goal is to help the client develop healthier habits that fit into and improve their lifestyle. We work on areas such as reducing stress, stop smoking and eating healthier.
