Not sure as to why some people have given them a bad review. I had a great experience with them. Even at my fault for booking the return date wrong and realizing after I had give them my car already the date I was coming back turned out to be the date where they are closed on boxing day but they went beyond my expectations and drove my car to my to the airport making sure I receive my vehicle. They even washed my car, very friendly staff and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to park their vehicle during their Holidays or Business trips!!Keep up the good service guys and thank you! A mate of mine had a really bad skiing accident and I had to pick his car up from the Airport. His car would not start and despite their best efforts the guys at CSL could not get it going. I had to wait for the AA to get it going. The CSL guys were fantastic and could not have been more helpful. They even looked up the problem on the internet so the AA guy had less work to do. I have parked several times a year for the last 3 years and think the place and the staff are great, never a problem, I just turn up and they always take my car and give me a discount for being a regular. They even wash my car sometimes, very reliable company, reasonably prices and the staff are always willing to help. I wouldn't park any where else. Literally gems, our flight was delayed (til 2am) and they stayed open to pick us up so me and my sister weren't stranded until they opened in the morning. This was after my dad had to keep them informed as my phone wouldn't work in Sweden, and they kept him reassured they'd wait for us. Great taxi service. Recieved leaflet through the door and We had stansted 24x7 booked but csl offered a lower price so booked them for a 4:20am pick up. Robert arrived on time and also picked us up on our return. We will be using them again in the future. More...
