Can’t speak highly enough about this family run business. Initial communications with Chris were very prompt and helpful. They arrived at the agreed time and date initially to carry out a cctv inspection and quickly found the source of the problem . A full detailed quote followed within 48 hours and the full job completed to a very high specification within a few days. Throughout the whole process Chris and Frank were very helpful, talked me through the works carried out making sure I was satisfied with what had been done. Excellent service and good value for money. I always use this website and this company, like the others I've used from this site, were brilliant. I telephoned at 11am on Saturday morning to say my outside drain was blocked and asked if they could help. They gave me a price for unblocking the drain on the telephone and said the would be with us at 3pm. They were exactly on time, explained what they would do, completed the job efficiently and invoiced us for exactly the amount they said they would. I had 'googled' the price for unblocking drains so I would have a guide price before I contacted them so I knew 'about' how much it would cost, and this firm was below that price. Chris from C & S called in response to our telephone call regarding a blocked toilet.Chris identified the cause of a blocked toilet to be a warped silicon seal between the toilet and the soil pipe. (Having previously eliminated all other possible causes) and had even opened an Inspection Chamber in the garden that hadn't seen the light of day for 20 odd years to check drain flow. These guys are amazing. I called on a bank holiday and they arranged to fit me in the very next day and said they would ring me at noon to give me a time and they did! !
