What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding part of being a life coach is helping individuals to understand that the tools to change their future are within themselves! Being a part of the process, and supporting clients on their journey to where THEY really want to be, is by far the most amazing and uplifting experience.
What inspired you to start your own business?
After spending three years working with vulnerable and disadvantaged adult clients, I realised just how many of us float through life with no direction. I helped these clients to better their situations, (mostly unemployment, homelessness and substance abuse) by working in partnership with local government and charities. However, I quickly realised that whilst there is a lot of help for those in need of employment, to get in to social housing and assistance with substance abuse issues, there is very little help available for those of us who are working and have settled homes! When we notice or day to day lives lack lustre, or we're unfulfilled by our current career path, or we just feel like something is missing, where do we go? THAT'S why I got in to coaching. I worked full time within the employability sector, being trained and mentored by some of the leading employability specialist's within my region, and now I have decided to find my feet within the coaching field, on my own! I am a completely non-judgemental character who has aided many different clients from all walks off life; from millionaire hoteliers to homeless individuals. I offer affordable coaching for those who need motivation, support and guidance. Whilst using various methods of communication, risk taking, and a direct approach. My goal is to give clients the tools to realise that they are the only thing holding themselves back. Using positive thinking approaches and step by step plans, I will get you where you want to be. I have a vast wealth of knowledge, over a whole host of sectors. I offer a completely private and confidential service, with the flexibility to fit sessions in to your life. YOU tell me what you want, and WE get you there.

I prefer to offer sessions via phone. Personally, I believe this gives the client more privacy. However, I am happy for session to be completed on teams, facetime, or however the client may feel necessary and beneficial for their development.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am triple vaccinated against Covid-19 (I've had my booster), and I am offering sessions remotely.
