Ahh, where to start! My mum and I both have chronic illnesses - she has Fibromyalgia and I have M.E. (also known as CFS). A friend of hers recommended Cryotherapy to treat our pain so we decided to check out Cryo Express in Blackburn because it's our nearest centre and they have special offers on on a Thursday . We have since been coming here for a few months and we wouldn't be without our weekly Cryo sesh now! Being in the tank is so invigorating and gives us both a real boost & kick-start to our usually sluggish system. We even got a free session last week as we'd visited 10 times :-) You couldn't wish to meet friendlier, kinder, more knowledgeable experts in the field - thank you for always making us feel so welcome, special, comfortable and listened to ladies. I felt compelled to write this review when i realized that although it is Winter, my usual pain is barely touching me, my 'recovery' post-exertion is much quicker, i haven't had to have a 'bed rest day' for many, many weeks and my mental health (i suffer from SAD) could be likened to how it is at the height of Summer. My mum is in agreement. Two very, very happy customers here - if you're umming and ahhing about trying Cryo, just go for it! Investing in your health often yields priceless results.
