All equipment is cleaned down before and after each session.
Personal Training
1-1 Training either @crush-fitness or your location. This will be specific to you offering a wide range of exercises to work the full body and all muscle groups.
Bootcamp
Maximum of 10 people working a variety of muscles with a range of exercises. Held once a week.
