Had my first ever sports massage / remedial therapy due to shoulder, back and neck pain. Kim was just amazing, knew exactly where the pain spots were and how to get rid of them. It was almost instant relief. The following day I woke up free of the usual pain. I cannot express how amazed I am. Would recommend Kim in an instant, lovely lady, explains everything and most importantly knows what she is doing and gets results. Best £50 I have spent in a very long time. Thank you. More...

Standing for 3 hours a time was not doing my back any favours, but one session with Ella and I could take the world on again, highly recommend Ella to sort out anyone suffering with backache or anything else her field of expertise covers. Thank you Ella.

Had my appointment with Kim and she was amazing. Made me feel at ease, talked me through everything she was doing. This was the first time I have had a massage so I was a little uneasy but that uneasiness went straight away. The treatment itself was exactly what I needed and I could feel the results immediately after finishing. I will 100% return to Kim and would recommend. More...

I took my son to see Ella and she has been brilliant. He had stopped rolling one direction having rolled both ways for a number of months. The cranial massage released tension and resulted in him rolling both ways once more. He also seems much more comfortable than previously while moving around. More...
