Dave offered us great advice on his initial visit and provided us with a very competitive quote. Our boiler needed replacing along with some other work to update the pipework etc. Dave was always punctual and completed the work with the minimum of fuss and disruption. Dave came round and gave us a great quote after receiving some poor work from other plumbers
He knew we had no heating in November so came and got the heating working over the weekend
He Corrected the shoddy previous work,repiped the whole system and then fitted a new boiler
He was efficient,friendly and helpful and got the job done well
I would highly recommend Dave for any plumbing and heating work

Typical old house... a small job became an urgent boiler and radiator replacement, which Dave went out of his way to complete rapidly so as not to leave a heavily pregnant woman without hot water! 5 stars is not enough! We had been severely let down by another firm, who couldn't repair our boiler for 7 days. We got Dave's number from the boiler manufacturer and he managed to sort it out within 3 days, including sourcing and driving late at night to get the correct part (at a weekend! ). His communication was friendly and excellent as was his knowledge and the quality of his work. 100% reliable, I'm recommending Crossling and Son to everyone I meet!!! More...

We had previously gone with a large company who were going to leave me and my small child with no heating or hot water for a whole week and that was after paying them.
Dave was quick to respond and came round the same day and was quick to resolve the problem at a fraction of a price highly recommend and will use again in the future.
