Had my toy poodle Lulu cut at Crosslands (04/02/2019) along with my chihuahua Valentino, the dogs were very happy, and Lulu had the best poodle cut we've ever had in the 7 years of owning her. Would highly recommend, and would definitely be going back. We also used their kennel service to board the dogs at Christmas, all of our dogs were very clean (no kennel smell on them) and happy. Our Newfoundland puppy was diagnosed with Hip Displaysia at the age of 7 months. Our vet recommended Hydrotheraphy and we took her to Crosslands. The owners and staff especially Sarah were very professional and caring. We could not have wished for better for Lola and can't thank them enough for all that they did for Lola. What a great kennel! Our dogs have stayed in these kennels and were happy to go, we left feeling happy! The staff are very caring and after visiting several other kennels we chose these for their cleanliness, caring attitude and flexible hours. We went to look around and did not need to make an appointment, we could see the dogs being exercised in the grassed areas and some being walked. We were lucky to get in as they seem to be very busy - we will be booking early for next years holiday. More...

I searched the area for a long time before I found a kennels that I was happy to leave my 2 precious dogs. I had no hesitation to leave them at CROSSLANDS. The staff were warm, welcoming and above all clearly dog lovers. I turned up unannounced for a look around and the kennels were beautifully clean, the lady that showed me around was clearly passionate about dogs, and put my mind at ease instantly. When I collected the dogs they were running around the field happily, their kennel and bedding was clean and tidy, they had even been given an extra blanket by one of the staff as she thought they'd be more cosy! Just picked up our dog he was happy & full of excitement.We will have no worries leaving our Pyrie with Crosslands again HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Staff were very friendly & you could tell truly dog lovers,This is not the first kennels we have left D'Artagnan with a very bad experience which is why we looked around & found CROSSLANDS .....we do not need to look any further.Once again a big THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF YOU WERE BRILLIANT. Picked up our dogs today from their second ever stay at Crosslands and they came happily bounding out as they did the first time and not just because they were pleased to see us. A week earlier they had happily bounded in as well. The dogs at Crosslands are well looked after, taken out on lead walks and most importantly have a lot of human interaction which of course makes them thrive in a kennel environment and makes all the difference. The staff at Crosslands are polite and courteous and the fees are good value. We were invited to settle them in the first time they stayed and the kennels were spotless. I'd recommend. More...
