I was nervous at first but the people are lovely there is a great community spirit and everyone is keen to help each other achieve their goals. The trainers are very professional making sure you put in maximum effort as well as ensuring you are doing all movements correctly. Been going here for almost 3 years. I enjoyed it so much and my son seen how my attitude and my body had changed and was encouraged to join himself. We have had so much fun together. The coaches here have a real depth of knowledge and know exactly how to get the best from each individual. Above all the people you meet are so helpful and encouraging, I really enjoy just hanging out and enjoying the craic with everyone I workout with.Try it, you will never be bored and will always have a goal to achieve which is the best type of motivation!! I have been going to CF Ballymena for almost a year now and I can honestly say that joining was one of the best decisions I have made. I love CF Ballymena! It has made such a difference for me. I've gone from doing no exercise at all and not giving a second thought to what I eat to exercising regularly (and enjoying it) and stopping to think about how what I eat will impact on me. The improvement in my physical and emotional well being has been immense. The reason I've stuck with it, and love it so much, is due to the warm, encouraging environment at CF Ballymena. From the coaches - all of them great! - to the friendly faces you see in any of the classes you go too. A really great place. Can't recommend highly enough. Give it a go!! More...
