My phone was trashed! Had so many important photos on!! And because I'm not interested in technology I didn't realise I could back up photos, as you can imagine I was heartbroken.

I had a broken screen so took the phone to a shop in Newcastle Town Centre, within the first day the screen had come out and the battery was over heating, took it back the shop they repaired it again and the next day it broke again ! After spending over £120 with that shop I give up and heard about CRM PC Solutions, I sent Chris a message and he arranged a drop off that night, a couple days later the phones back, better than ever and has not fell apart and if anything better put together than it was ! We have used Chris millions of times and everytime he has been fantastic.
