By default we use certified environmentally friendly industrial cleaning products.
An experienced local manager will be assigned to your premises who will not only be available for you to contact should you have any immediate concerns, requests or queries, but who will also perform regular on-site quality standard reviews (as agreed with you) to maintain communications and to identify, agree and explain to operational staff any possible improvements to ensure that we are at the very least meeting, but ideally exceeding, the level of hygiene and cleanliness standards for which you are paying and that you expect throughout the contract term.
