I contacted Ian last year following an exceedingly difficult situation with my employer. Whilst a very difficult and stressful few months followed I had the knowledge that I had an excellent legal mind on my side, who advised and guided me as was relevant and much needed. Whilst the matter could have ended up in an employment tribunal and I believe would have had a favourable outcome for myself, the matter was talked through at length with Ian - even at weekends - and a settlement agreement was my preferred choice. This is now satisfactorily concluded. Any Solicitor costs money so you have to know that the advice given will be the best available and that is what I received from Ian at all times. I visited Ian Jones as I needed to get advise on a Settlement Agreement. I chose Ian purely from what I had read on online reviews and I'm so glad I did. When meeting Ian he explained the agreement to me in detail. There were a few issues with the agreement which Ian relayed to my ex-employer. Initial contact Spencer Shaw Solicitors was over the phone and the customer service from the person who answered the phone (Receptionist or Administrator I'm assuming) was great, polite and professional. I was able to gain some initial guidance there and then on the phone which was very reassuring and of great immediate assistance. I made an appointment there and then, Ian Jones was able to get me an appointment for the next working day. Met Ian Jones at the appointment and was more than happy with his advise and guidance.
