I had a hair replacement on the top. Pinar is a pro! I came in with such thin hair it was practically scalp! She made me feel so welcome when i first arrived as I was quite anxious. When someone is as bubbly as Pinar, u instantly feel at ease. I cannot explain how much this has changed my life! Thinning hair has been a major issue for me since i was 21(I’m now 44!)so as you can imagine, this has haunted me for years and really affected my confidence. Pinar is just fantastic at what she does, you can see and hear her passion from the moment you meet her. I was so unsure, never having had extensions before I wasn’t sure they were the correct fit for me. Pinar talked me through her hair systems, extensions, maintenance, pricing, the lot! It would have been easy for Pinar to sell me the most expensive item she had as quite frankly I didn’t have a clue, but she didn’t, she explained what would best suit my needs and lifestyle ( maintenance wise!). My daughter went to Pinar a couple of weeks ago and she was so pleased and said how comfortable she was with her. I went today and to be honest I didn’t have a clue what I wanted.
