My living room window is nearly 10 feet wide. I wanted a blackout blind so the sun would not fade the furniture. Maz arrived when he said he would.
He measured the window and I chose the blind material. I also said I wanted a pelmet. Maz said this wasn't a problem and he would finish the pelmet with the blind material.
When the blinds came they were fine. The pelmet was covered in the same material as the blinds but is wasn't deep enough. Maz agreed and said he wasn't happy with the way the pelmet looked. Whilst in my house, he phoned someone asking for a deeper pelmet. He said this would be done in a week.
True to his word, six days later he brought the new pelmet. Fantastic! It looks absolutely brilliant, I cannot see the runners at the top, I turn the blinds to block out the sun.
Maz fitted the blind himself, he is so pleasant and respectful. What professional. I am so pleased, I have already passed his details onto colleagues at work.
