Amazing skill and incredible quality, ultra professional, and genuine artists! I went here for a first tattoo, with an idea of what I wanted but no clue how to put it together (half sleeve viking style). Hugely welcoming atmosphere and professional guidance and insight from Tarri Mcnab who chatted through some ideas with me and helped design a concept, swiftly got to grips with what I was aiming for and after a very short period had sent on a design. Then spent a full day session which was great fun, not an ounce of pain, cleaner than a surgery theatre, great chat and humour from Frank and Tarri, and the finished product was absolutely perfect from Tarri, just what I wanted and looked amazing! I got tattooed today by Frank and WOW!!!! I gave him doodles and he made a masterpiece. He did more than what I hoped and made sure I was absolutely happy with what he planned before he began. Great conversations were had and the artwork in the studio was captivating.. Very useful when you're getting tattooed. Tarri made me cups of tea during my inkage which was so lovely. I would recommend these lovely humans to anyone and everyone! Very friendly humans, made me feel super welcome and at ease. All in all, probably my favourite tattoo experience to date! It’s been over 2 weeks since I got my first tattoo, and I can not express how thrilled I am. The whole experience was just perfect! The thoughtfulness, the care, the time and the energy put in to the design was top quality. The compliments from friends and even strangers has been non stop!! I’ve been praising this place constantly! It was a very special tattoo for me as it was a memorial tattoo for my late mother so you can see why this would be so important to me. Frank clearly understood this and took so much time and effort from the extremely professional consultation to the happy reveal at the end. He took care of me and made sure I had something to eat and a cup of tea before we started. The conversation flowed for the whole 2 hours and few laughs of course! ( Anyone who goes here ask him to tell you the Budgie joke ) What made it extra special was the fact that he even managed to squeeze me in on the day of my mums 5th anniversary. Could not have asked for a more perfect first tattoo experience! I went to Creative Art for my first tattoo and I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo. Was only my second tattoo earlier this year 2018, 10 years after I got my first one somewhere else. Always a very friendly welcome every time I walked through the door of the studio. I had been around a few tattoo studios trying to find someone who could replicate the font in my old tattoo into my new one. Frank and Tarri both listened to what I was looking for. After coming to the conclusion that the original tattooist had put his own ideas into the font of my original tattoo Frank did a fantastic job with my new tattoo as well as reworking and freshening up my original one. This Tattoo studio is by far the best around....artists Frank and Tarri are so well talented....and the advice I’d had from my first tattoo and definitely not the last was excellent! ! An artist friend drew a bird tattoo design for me. I contacted Frank immediately as he seemed such a lovely guy, and he agreed to redraw the design and tattoo it onto my back. The shop is small and really friendly and a had a great gossip with Frank over the 2.5 hours I was under his needle. Tarri and Frank are excellent at helping craft the look you're after. Both can turn their hand to differing styles so the tailoring is on point.

Its not just in and ink, the consultation stage is thorough but not time consuming or stalling. They take the time and tailor so you can be assured of individual pieces (with AMAZING colour work). No duplicates here.

Very chilled and assuring atmosphere with plenty of experience. You're not getting anything put on you until the two of you agree it and you're excited to go.
