Gail Marsden and her design team have worked for us on two residential properties in Cheshire. The first was a large Edwardian town house and the second, a farmhouse with a barn attached and extensive gardens.
All aspects of both homes needed creative and practical ideas with very different approaches and from day one on both projects Gail completely inspired us.
Her management and time keeping, along with her experienced professional knowledge were first class and attention to detail was tremendous. Gail made us feel we were important in the whole process and took time to grasp the style and feel we were looking for, with clever ideas that we would never have thought of ourselves, especially with storage space and practical suggestions for our homes.
Gail produced wonderfully creative schemes, finding beautiful fabrics, suggesting paint colours we would never have used but which worked beautifully, along with finding key pieces of furniture. Her ideas are bespoke when required and always original.
Her team couldn't have been more helpful, courteous or given us better guidance throughout both projects.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Gail Marsden Design for future projects and we look forward to working with her again soon.

Over the past 10 years I have used Gail to help me redesign several rooms, including a Sitting Room, Kitchen and Living Room, and in each case I have been delighted with the end result.
Gail listens to your own ideas and requirements and then suggests all sorts of other options which stretch your imagination and give a new perspective to the project. Gail uses really reliable and professional contractors and she expects them to work to the high standard that she has applies to herself. She has a wonderful knowledge of fabrics and finishes and has kept me up to date!
Gail is a real professional who provides an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending her.

Gail has helped me on several projects including a complete refurbishment of a house involving stripping the property back to the bare boards and re plastering, re wiring, re modelling and redesigning.
Her attention to detail is incredible and the tradespeople she used were professional and of the highest quality. Gail managed the whole process, ironing out any niggles and importantly made the interior design process exciting and fun. Gail is a perfectionist with exquisite taste. She has sourced bespoke furniture, vintage pieces and high street items alike and has the skill and the eye to mix them.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.
