James provided a clear quote for the number of tiles that needed replacing on my mums roof. James and his team arrived and took video to send me to show me extra tiles that were broken. Again a clear costing was quoted for the extra work needed. James was thorough in assessing the roof condition and again sent me video of recommended repairs to the hip mortar. There was no pressure to do the extra works.
After his team had completed the job James sent me video of works completed. All liaisons done remotely which was super helpful to me.
James emailed me the receipt and guarantee the next day.

Excellent work !! Very punctual, highly professional, a great team. They came to fix some cement gone away under the roof. But also noticed a lot of other issues (velux needed a repair, a gutter was broken, a hole in the flat roof, a gutter junction dismantle)… They are very good at spotting things that are wrong, offering solutions and fixing them on the spot. Craftsman roofing have recently carried out repairs to the flashing on our gable end where the roof joins the wall and filled a cap end left unfinished by a previous roofing company. Easy going and very friendly- had a new slate roof installed and I am so happy to have used craftsman roofing Solution Ltd, they made the process very simple and best of all left no rubbish behind, kept everything clean and tidy

They gave an honest assesment and a reasonable quote for the work. My roof repaired the roof, and there are now no leaks. The work looks tidy and it was done with minimal fuss.
