I had a previous Hikvision cctv system which wasn't the most easy to view on different platforms or the most reliable.
I was recommended Covert Security from a neighbour and made an appointment for a visit.
The engineer was very knowledgeable and recommended a replacement system which was fitted without any fuss or mess, It's been up and running for some time now, it's been very reliable and easy to view on my iPhone, iPad and pc let alone being able to listen to audio from each camera and to speak to anyone via the camera putting a step on your grounds.
All in all a good decision for a new system which didn't cost the earth.
Well done Covert will be recommending you in future.

What do you love most about your job?
Unfortunately, the need for security systems is usually because something has happened to the client personally, or they've been affected by something that has happened to others. It's always such a good feeling to install a system that the client has absolute confidence in and feels that what Covert Installations has installed will make a difference to them and their environment.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was originally trained and employed by Chubb Security Alarms, who are one of the largest security companies in the world.
However, despite working on such large and prestigious installations, there was never a personal connection with the clients. I always feel that more can be achieved with better interaction and understanding of the client's requirements. Every installation is unique. No two clients are the same.
